At Astrotalk Store, we want you to feel as confident in your fashion choices as you do in your stars. If your purchase doesn't align with your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
